How to donate to Project Secret Santa in Ampfield

Our collection point is at the inn all month long. Simply bring your gift with you next time you visit and the team will show you where it goes.

Project Secret Santa fills Christmas stockings for children and young people aged 3 to 18, so unwrapped stocking fillers are perfect. Their what to gift page is full of ideas if you’re stuck.

Can’t make it in? You can also send a present straight to them from their Amazon wish list. Every gift makes a difference, however small.

Why we’re supporting Project Secret Santa

Christmas isn’t the same for everyone, and for some children a stocking could be the only present they open this year. A pub sits at the heart of its community, and that means looking out for our neighbours as well as welcoming them in.

Meet Santa and give back at the same time

There’s another way to help, too. At Santa’s Secret Stop in Ampfield on Saturday 19th December, from 12pm to 4pm, it’s £10 for little ones to meet Santa, and every penny goes to Project Secret Santa.

Make an afternoon of it with lunch from our Saturday menu at The Potter’s Heron, and bring your gift along while you’re here.

Drop off a gift on a Friday night

Our festive Live Music Fridays are the perfect excuse to pop in with a present. Catch Adriana Sings on 27th November, Maddison & Chris Duo on 4th December, Acoustic Jukebox on 11th December or Sam & Richie on 18th December, all in the bar from 8pm.

Everything else we’ve got planned is on Christmas at The Potter’s Heron.
